COMPANY BACKGROUND
3DTraining was formed by our partner production company 3DMIRAGE. Over the last 20 years, 3DMIRAGE has worked on numerous projects for architectural firms and corporations in the US.
Like most companies in the 3D industry, 3DMirage found that skilled talent is usually in short supply, and graduates from schools lack the production experience needed to work on client projects.
In order to close the gap between what students learn in school and the skills required in the workplace, 3DMIRAGE, with support from Autodesk, launched a training division in 1998.
The 3DTraining client-focused training program is currently conducted in an online simulated production environment using our interactive training platform, and llive-support and guidance from Industry professionals.
In the program, students work on four in-demand projects with specific deliverables and deadlines. Participants also learn to improve their project strategy, time efficiency, and individual performance.
Graduates create a portfolio with diverse projects, receive a certificate, and gain the confidence to work on client projects. The company also offers a built-in apprenticeship program and a reference letter on completion.

3DTraining, Inc. based in New York, was formed in collaboration with production studios and software companies to close the gap between traditional learning and the skills required in the professional workplace.
3DTraining has developed an innovative platform that functions like a "flight-simulator" for learning complex design software. Our learning-by-doing methodology reduces the time to gain proficiency by over 70%.
